January 11, 2010:
Snow Queen tickets on sale at ticketmaster.ca and at the Arden Box Office. Assigned seating is in effect.
Price is $20 per seat.
February 6th:
Mrs. Kelly RAD workshop for vocational students. Dancers registered for these workshops were emailed
workshop details. Please refer to the email for the scheduled times and dancer preparation checklist.
February 7th:
Mrs. Kelly RAD workshop for RAD Grades 1-7.
February 10th, Wednesday @ 7:50 am
Don't miss it....Ms. Sophia will appear in an interview on Global TV, on Wednesday, February 10th @ 7:50
am. The interview will be about St. Albert Ballet's Snow Queen production and our school's efforts to raise
funds for the Rainbow Society of Alberta. Tune in and cheer Ms. Sophia on!
Snow Queen Dates:
As we get closer to the technical and performance dates at the Arden Theatre, a checklist will be released
concerning pre-performance preparation for your dancer.
Jan 24, 2010 (10 am - 12:30 pm.) Finale Rehearsal; all dancers at the studio
Jan 31, 2010 (10 am - 2:30 pm) Full Run Through; all dancers to attend. Location to be confirmed.

Feb 11, 2010- Technical rehearsal at the Arden; two time slots depending on your child's RAD Grade Level:
-3:30 to 6:30 pm for Preschool 1, Preschool 2, Pre-Primary, Primary and Grade 1.
-3:30 to 9:30 pm for Grade 2 and higher.

Feb 12, 2010 - Performance#1 Friday Evening Show; check for arrival times:
-Backstage crew, front of house crew to arrive promptly at 5:30 pm.
-Preschool 1, Preschool 2, Pre-Primary to arrive at 6:10 pm
-Primary, Grade 1 and higher to arrive at 5:30 pm
-Curtains rise at 6:30 pm
Feb 13, 2010 - Performance#2 Saturday Matinée; check for arrival times:
-Backstage crew & front of house crew to arrive at 1:00 pm
-Preschool 1, Preschool 2, Pre-Primary arrive at 1:40 pm.
-Primary, Grade 1 and higher to arrive at 1:00 pm.
-Curtain rises at 2:00 pm.
-after the performance, an after-party celebration & auction will take place in the foyer. Food & beverages
will be served at the after-party.
February 20th . Cite Ballet
Our senior girls will be dancing at two events:
1. The prestigious: Citie Ballet's Community Spirit a collaborative production benefiting iHuman Youth
Society. The performance will take place at the Eva O. Howard theatre at the "Victoria School for the
Performing and Visual Arts", in Edmonton, at 7:00pm on Saturday, February 20th.
This would be a great performance for our students to attend... it will feature local Edmonton dance
schools & performances from guest artists of Alberta Ballet.
Ms. Sophia has 10 tickets for Community Spirit available. The tickets are $20 for adults; $15 for those over
12 and students; and $10 for children under 12.

At the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium. This event supports the charity "Kids With Cancer Society". If
students would like to see our senior dancers perform at this event , tickets can be purchased from
ticketmaster.ca or the Jubilee box office. Dancers, of all disciplines, from all over Edmonton & surrounding
area participate in the event.
