Please be advised that our studio office hours have been revised:
Mondays 4:45-5:45pm
Tuesdays 5:00-7:0pm
Wednesday 5:15-6:30 pm
Thursdays 4:00-5:15pm
Fridays 5:00-6:30pm
Saturdays 9:00am-2:30pm
Communication
To stay up to date about important dates, news and announcements we ask all families and dancers to:
Check your email in box regularly - this is our main way of communicating with parents. We also send out a
monthly newsletter by email the first Monday of each month.
Check the white board and bulletin board at the studio front entrance for important messages.
Check your dancer's file in the student mailboxes in the studio.
WI-FY Access
WI-FY access is available for patrons of St. Albert Ballet Academy - bring your laptop and be productive
while you wait for your child. Fee is $15.00 for the annual dance season. Please inquire at the studio front
desk.

Snow Queen Update:
Thank You to all of the dancers, volunteers and supporters of Snow Queen 2010. Final numbers are still
being compiled and we are very close to our $10,000.00 target. We expect the final total number very soon
and will send a separate email out regarding this.
DC PhotoShoot 20% Discount Offer:
This offer is still open to patrons of the St Albert Ballet and Martial Arts Academy.
Lost & Found Clean-Up:
The Lost & Found box is full again. Please check through the box for any items that belong to your child.
On April 20th, unclaimed items will be recycled, donated or disposed of.
UK 2011 Trip:
Interested families met regarding the UK trip open to RAD Grade 4 dancers and their friends & family.

Fitness Tax Credit:
Thank you to our volunteers, Jackie Belter & Alison Russell for processing these tax receipts. The tax
receipts are in the student mailboxes at the front of the studio.
Chocolate Bars for Sale:
Purdys Chocolate bars are on sale at the studio for $2.00 each. Chocolate lollipops are $1.50 each
