Please be advised that our studio office hours have been revised:
Mondays 4.45-5.45pm
Tuesdays 5.00-7.00pm
Thursdays 4.00-5.15pm
Fridays 5.00-6.45pm
Saturdays 9.00am-2.30pm
Communication
To stay up to date about important dates, news and announcements we ask all families and dancers to:
Check your email in box regularly - this is our main way of communicating with parents. We also send out a
monthly newsletter by email the first Monday of each month.
Check the white board and bulletin board at the studio front entrance for important messages.
Check your dancer's file in the student mailboxes in the studio.
WI-FY Access
WI-FY access is available for patrons of St. Albert Ballet Academy - bring your laptop and be productive
while you wait for your child. Fee is $15.00 for the annual dance season. Please inquire at the studio front
desk.

Upcoming PhotoDay:
DC Photoshoot will be conducting a photo session of all of the Snow Queen performers on the weekend of
February the 27th and 28th.

This offer is still open to patrons of the St Albert Ballet and Martial Arts Academy.
Lost & Found Clean-Up:
The Lost & Found box is full again. Please check throught the box for any items that belong to your child.
On February 15th, unclaimed items will be recycled, donated or disposed of.
Fitness Tax Credit:
Our staff will begin processing these tax receipts after the Snow Queen performances. An email will be
sent out in due course advising when these forms are ready for pickup.
A New Teacher at the studio in 2010:
We are pleased to announce that a new teacher, Ms. Heather Cave, will be joining us in January 2010. Ms.
Cave is a fully qualified RAD teacher who has her teaching degree from the Royal Academy of Dance in
London, England.
